Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction sales, particularly within the high-end residential sector, and a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate relationships with high-end builders, remodelers, and architects.
Manage the sales process from initial contact through project completion, ensuring client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the design and installation teams to deliver customized solutions.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our brand.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Qualifications:
5–8 years of experience in construction sales, with a focus on high-end residential projects.
Established network within the luxury home building and remodeling industry.
Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation:
Commission-Based Pay: Competitive commission structure aligned with industry standards.
Weekly Draw: A consistent weekly draw to provide financial stability during the sales cycle.
Earning Potential: Total compensation ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on performance.
